The KODAK PRESSTAPE Universal Splicer(super 8, 8 mm, and 16 mm) uses pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to make film splices. It securely holds the film in position while the splicer blade cuts the film and you apply PRESSTAPES to both sides of the film.
